We collect and handle personal information to operate the directory, route enquiries to agents/agencies, and improve our services.   • when you browse Findaba or interact with directory pages;
  • when you submit an enquiry, lead form, or “buyer brief” (including on an agent/agency profile page);
  • when an agent/agency claims or manages a profile (including via Stash Property integrations);
  • when we communicate with you (email, phone, social media, support);
  • when we conduct analytics, security monitoring, product improvement and troubleshooting;
  • when we run promotions, surveys or competitions (if any); and
  • in connection with recruitment or contractor engagement (if applicable).
